I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with several years of experience supporting couples and individuals with anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, self-esteem, and life transitions.   As a therapist, I collaborate with clients and provide non-judgmental and unwavering support.

Using an integrative approach, I draw from various evidence-based modalities to support my clients, including emotion-focused, cognitive-behavioural and trauma-informed. I believe that everyone has their own unique difficulties and challenges. Therefore, together I will work with you to identify and help develop your strengths while recognize more effective ways of thinking, explore feelings, gain self awareness, increase self esteem, explore relationships, and learn skills to improve communication and better manage stressful situations.
